Hi there, I am currently trying to recover after some health problems I've been having, this site will act as a general rant space LOL and of course to teach others who are facing health problems themselves. There are a lot of internet quacks out there these days so you really need to filter down the information that you think is total BS and focus on the strategies you think could really help you. One of the best thing I've found for my health is taking supplements on a regular basis ON TOP of my current list of medication which seems to growing each year LOL!
There are many ways to recover your health but you must be truly commited to doing so otherwise when you are going through the hard times you won't think it can be done, you will then get depressed and just give, just remember there is always hope in ANY situation so never ever ever ever ever give up.
I really love to take probiotics every single day and things like vitamin D supplements, these are 2 that have made a really difference for me, especially vitamin D because it really helps with my sometimes violent mood swings and helps me during the down times I experience.
